If a project features open facades, multifloor levels and a number of uniform applications, largesize slab tables will save time and money.

At free slab edges, edge tables help to speed up the construction progress because stopends, scaffolds, and guardrailings can be integrated so they can be moved by crane as complete units. Slab tables can easily be combined with other slab forming systems or methods such as MevaDec, MevaFlex and prefabricated slabs; filler areas can be compensated without problem.

100% wood-free, all-plastic facing alkus

MEVA is the first formwork manufacturer to equip all its formwork systems with the pioneering all-plastic forming face “alkus“. Thus, all MEVA formwork systems produce a consistent high-quality concrete finish.

Large-size slab tables

Pre-assembled large-size slab tables made of H20-girders, available in different dimensions for slab thicknesses up to 50 cm. The stringers consist of two (2) H20-girders and two (2) folding prop heads to attach the props. Available with factory-assembled all-plastic forming face alkus AL 21 or as base structure for job-built facing.

Safety clamp H20/30

galvanized, with Dywidag-thread Ø 15 mm. To connect stringers and joists, a brace tube and a flange nut 100 are required. Length of thread 30 cm.

SKK-intermediate prop head

Formwork girder H20

robust, all-purpose girder for different tasks. High load-bearing capacity with only low weight, approved by building authorities, adm. Q = 11 kN, adm. M = 5 kNm.

MD-prop

galvanized, complying with the European standard EN 1065 (class E). The adm. load capacity is 20 kN at all extensions. Depending on their application with MEVA systems the load capacity varies .

ME-prop

galvanized, complying with the European standard EN 1065 (class E). The adm. load capacity is 30 kN at all extensions. Depending on their application with MEVA systems the load capacity varies .

MEP-prop with SAS

MEP-prop with SASZoom
The MEP-prop is a combination of steel inner tube and aluminium outer tube with T-groove to attach reinforcing frames. The SAS quick-lowering system allows the stress in the prop to be released with one strike of a hammer. After stripping the prop automatically resets and locks in the original position. According to the European Standard EN 1065 (class E) the props have a load capacity of: MEP 300: 40 kN independent from the assembly position. MEP 450: 20 kN independent from the assembly position, if assembled with the inner tube downwards the load capacity increases to 30 kN. Depending on their application the load capacity varies (refer to Technical Instruction Manual for MevaDec).

Tripod

galvanized, auxiliary to stabilize props of Ø 48 mm to Ø 80 mm. The revolving legs of the tripod allow using it right in the middle of a room as well as along the wall or in a corner. It is attached to the aluminium profile of MEP-props by means of a MD-safety claw.

MEP-frame

aluminium, reinforcing frame to build towers with MEP-props. It is attached to the aluminium outer tube of MEP-props or -extensions with the integrated hammerhead screw (quick connector).

Pins

galvanized, to attach the SKK-intermediate prop head to props. The pin 14/90 is used if connected to steel tubes (up to Ø 63 mm), the pin 14/135, if connected to aluminium outer tube of MEP-props or -extensions.

galvanized, to secure the slab formwork at slab edges and on cantilevering beams. Two (2) tensioning chains and one (1) coupling unit are required. Ø 8 mm, length 2,50 m, load capacity 5 kN. Attention: These chains must not be used as lifting devices (not shown).

galvanized, is attached to the web of H20-girders, incl. scews. It is used to build a guard-railing/front-railing, guard-railing posts 100 or 140 are required in addition.

Transport spreader 250/540 (C-hook)

Transport carriage

coated, max. load capacity 10 kN (1 t). Permits the horizontal transport and precise adjusting of slab tables. When the carriage is at crosswise position, openings of 90 cm can be passed. Application range 1,45-3,20 m.

Extension 100 for transport carriage

coated, max. load capacity 10 kN (1 t). To extend the transport carriage by 1,00 m, always two (2) extensions per carriage required. Application range from 2,45-4,20 m. Delivery includes assembly accessories.

Rope loop
